The South of England Championships staged at Melbourne Park saw a number of our members welcome the opportunity to take part in this major meeting at their home stadium. None more so than Bronson Hearn-Smith with two medals, one of which a winning leap in the Long Jump came with a Club Eecord of 5.76m. With a PB of 25.51s, after a heat win of 25.66s, Bronson also claimed second place and a Club Record in the U13B 200m, to win a Silver medal. Completing his busy weekend were a 100m time of 12.46s, which, after a heat win in 12.59, brought him just outside the medals in 4th place.
