The Chelmsford Marathon and Half Marathon races, held on 16th October saw two of our members put in personal best times.
Over the full distance veteran Nick Hunter went under the three-hour mark with 2h 59.54s, for 24th place, whilst Joe Abbott, in the 13 mile event, recorded a time of 1h 22.23s, placing in a very creditable 10th in a field close to having 500 finishers. If ANY CLUB MEMBERS CAN PROVIDE RESULT DETAILS OF THE ESSEX C C RELAYS STAGED 5 WEEKS AGO THEY WOULD BE APPRECIATED IN ORDER THAT THEY CAN BE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEB SITE.
