A reminder to all club athletes that entry for the 2017 Essex and Eastern Region Indoor Championships closes soon.
The closing date for paper entries is 6th January - and for on-line entry the deadline is 12th January.
The championships take place at Lee Valley on the weekend of 4th and 5th February.
